The interview process followed the classic outline. Speaking to a talent partner, a technical test and then a final stage interview with a technical lead. The entire journey was very pleasant. Initially they weren't my favourite of the roles I had progressed in but then it came to the technical task... I really had fun with this one! My last role didn't work out as expected and I had huge imposter syndrome especially with searching for a role in the era of AI. The technical test not only felt really relevant to the kinds of features I would be building but also gave me an immense confidence boost and reminded me that I actually really love coding and how much good standards and a creative task reminded me of that. The final stage interview with Jeff was very enjoyable and I actually listened as he described alternative possibilities so I knew I would be working with talented individuals who could also teach me new ways of working.

Discussion with 2 employees on tech things, pretty smooth. There were question regarding real usage of technology and they were pretty open to discuss tradeoff of each solution etc. Most questions were prepared before interview but some were from discussion on some topics
