I met with the Manager for the position first and we reviewed my skills and experience and the Manager reviewed the job details and what would be needed of me. I was then asked to meet with the Asst. Director and we reviewed my past experience and how I could benefit the company with my skills and experience. We reviewed salary, references and hours of employment.
