Was recruited to this position and immediately had an interview with a principal. The initial interview was a bit cold with minimal effort to really know my personality and more of how I can be the unicorn for the job description. Was told they would follow up after but never heard from them again. So unprofessional and it shows given the low ratings for such a new company.
