Interview was formal and met with the team leader. Questions involved water treatment and distribution as well as a few questions based on my personal qualities. Interviewed for the Austin location.

Question 1
Describe in detail the water distribution project that you worked out in your course projects.
Interviewers were serious but very friendly in the whole interview process. I was asked general questions including behavior related ones, We had some light technical conversations about existing projects, scope, possible timeline.

Entretien
Head hunter called and setup interview. I met with 3 different managers, then went out to lunch with each at the museum downtown. Nice experience. Good convo and food. They were interested...I was interested. Easy atmosphere.

Question 1
Fairly laid back and nothing really technical. The first focused on behavioral based questions, and the other two merely described aspects of the job and culture at the company.
They specifically asked about my Christian background. I was a little uneasy, but answered not really understanding how that was related to the interview.
