First round was telephonic interview which lasted for half an hour. They asked mainly what I worked on how I implemented few things in my projects. Second round was a technical test of around 5 hours which involved developing a small web application. One was simple webpage with table to be displayed from DB. Second was to develop a report in particular format. Second part was bit difficult as compared to first part. After completing the test they reviewed my code. Asked few things like what problems you faced and what was the approach to solve it. Asked few things about the code I had written. Third round is one to one discussion with their CEO. This interview was just to check the attitude of candidate and professional approach. The interview process is bit different as compared to other companies. They are more practical and want people who can apply logic and make things work rather than just theoretical knowledge. The whole process took 3 weeks.

The interview process was smooth and timely. Meetings and interview rounds were taken within due time. Talent acquisition executive was super helpful and on call to address any issue. Technical round covered more or less all aspects required for job. I got a chance to interact with higher management in managerial round. HR made sure that I am comfortable in last round and clear all doubts as addressed.
