Asked me to attempt a cognitive test. It didn't go as expected, but I was not sure if I deserved the minimum score in the interview process. After 3-4 weeks of discussion with the recruiter, I was requested the first round of interview with the hiring manager. It was scheduled for 30 minutes but went up to 40 minutes. And hiring manager was rushing, so that not enough time to ask all the questions I had. At the end of the conversation, I asked the interviewer if I had answered all the questions. The interviewer was showing positive signs. After all, I received a 'thank you for your interest in this position' email from the recruitment team, which surprised me. I didn't find any difficulties in answering any questions. But I didn't receive a reason for rejection.

Round 1 - Recruiter call: Very informative and straightforward with no questions asking about my experience. It was strictly to let me know everything I could possibly want to know about the job on the surface (interview process, benefits, TC, fully remote, company landscape)
Round 2 - Meet Hiring Manager: This was 30 minute introduction meeting to the hiring manager and technical pre-screen to make sure folks' time wouldn't be wasted. She was fantastic.
Round 3 - Take home assignment: I was tasked with completing a take-home assignment within 3 business days by producing a deck with how I would reinvent the data product lifecycle for Pluralsight.
Round 4 (Final Round) - Presentation to Sr. Product Manager, Sr. Director of Data Services, and VP of Data Science: This was a 1 hour final round panel presentation and Q&A over the take-home assignment.
I am currently awaiting a decision (my final round was just over 7 weeks ago).
