Hello! Thank you for leaving a review regarding our interview process. During our phone screenings, we sometimes discuss multiple positions candidates may be interested in. This helps our recruiters and candidates determine the right fit for the right position based on work experience and any prior relocation industry knowledge.
We also see you called out the Gallup Strengths Assessment. This is something we offer all employees to complete on their first day at Plus. It's part of our culture to focus on strengths to increase employee engagement and help everyone understand how to use their unique talents. We employ other methods to thoroughly screen job candidates pre-hire, then use the strengths assessment post-hire to maximize the potential of all Plusites.
