Several years ago, the interview process was ridiculous. I interviewed with a total of 11 people before being hired for an entry level position. On one hand, it was totally overkill. On the other, they used to have such a commitment to maintaining their culture, it was that important to hire the right person. Since then, their entire culture has dissolved and now they just need warm bodies that can do a trillion things a day and keep their mouths shut
