One on One interview with someone in HR. Ask basic questions about what you know about computers and working with customers via phone, etc.. Make sure to know what an email program is verse a web based email. You will also take a typing test to determine how many words per minute you can type.

Easiest interview I've ever had! Christina was wonderful. I was asked simple questions about my previous work history and then a couple personality questions. Simple. After 10 minutes, I was offered a position. Did a background check and drug test the following day, started training the following week.
