After I explained the recruiter asked to make a customized resume focusing on my experiences related to payments and meanwhile she was gonna talk to her manager and that she would get back to me in two days for a feedback either positive or negative. Which is the company right to decline a candidate, but its ridiculous how they simply ignore us. I've been looking for a job for a few months now and it only gets worse to see how companies who become a little bit successful start treating their candidates. I do hope Podium improves that and at least give their candidates an explanation on why they weren't selected as we get really anxious after an interview and this the ethical thing to do, besides the efforts and time we spend with they useless assessments.
