Case study about a company sent out before being invited for an interview. 1st round with HR, all behavioral. 2nd round was with a PM. Was asked to give a long or short pitch/idea about a stock I was following.

Entretien
A case study comparing two similar companies followed by a online technical screen of super basic math questions and three interviews: One with HR, one with an Academy coach, and one with a PM. Almost entirely behavioral/fit questions with the exception of a review of the case study and "pitch me a stock" with some pretty in-depth questions about your choice. Mostly about why I wanted to work at Point72/a hedge fund rather than anywhere else and my background and interests. Everyone was super nice.

Entretien
1st round is HR screening with behavioural/fit questions (why L/S investing, why Point72, etc). 2nd round focuses on case study and also a long/short stock pitch on a company of your choice.
