First is resume drop, then you are sent a case study, then you do an HR call, then interview and talk about the case mainly along with other standard finance qns (tell me about yourself, why p72, etc.)

- Initial application online - follow-up behavioral questions in a portal (2 questions) - take home project to value a company and 5 page write up. You are given roughly a week to complete it. Include sensitivity tables, DCF, comparable, etc.

If selected the candidate will complete a 3 question Hirevue which each question lasting 30 seconds and then from there a Case Study with a financial model and research paper on a pre selected stock.
