Applied with a few essay questions, received a case, had an HR screen after review of case, then had a final round with academy coach. The questions were pretty straightforward.

Question 1
Coach asked me to pitch him a stock, and then proceeded to ask follow-ups. Required knowledge of macro conditions and how other companies can be indicators of macro situation. Also asked me about the EBITDA of each segment of the business I pitched.
first round with HR, second round with a few investment professionals at the firm, final round with academy director (ex portfolio manager i think) which was a case debrief and explanation

Entretien
A case study comparing two similar companies followed by a online technical screen of super basic math questions and three interviews: One with HR, one with an Academy coach, and one with a PM. Almost entirely behavioral/fit questions with the exception of a review of the case study and "pitch me a stock" with some pretty in-depth questions about your choice. Mostly about why I wanted to work at Point72/a hedge fund rather than anywhere else and my background and interests. Everyone was super nice.

Entretien
1st round is HR screening with behavioural/fit questions (why L/S investing, why Point72, etc). 2nd round focuses on case study and also a long/short stock pitch on a company of your choice.
