Heard back after sending my resume within a week time. Very friendly people. Pretty basic questions. Just make sure to look good and be enthusiastic. They were very receptive to questions about the job and business.

After applying online you get a phone call where they ask a few questions and they setup an online video interview. After that, you are invited in to shadow an employee for a day. Dress nicely and be energetic and enthusiastic!
