aptitude follows technical questions and lastly personal interview. Aptitude consists of maths,general English and technical in Java and C. That was bit hard but I could complete it by practising from several books and the same questions were asked

1) Round one : Written Test covers all technical,English and Aptitude tests
2)Round two : Aptitude test
3) Round Three: Technical Interview - Mostly covering Basic C C++ ,Unix and SQL Questions,
4) Round Four: HR Interview (Not much questions, mostly salary related negotiations)
5) Back Ground Check
