Typical 45 min interview with questions. Started off quite conversational and relaxed. Didn’t bother to even respond to give a formal rejection/explanation, just ghosted, highly disrespectful of the time and effort interviewees put into applying for a job - can be understandable at application stage, but interview stage is just lazy.
