Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Politico (Washington, DC) en mai 2025
Entretien
Initial phone call, then interview with a research manager, then a fairly intensive report building exercise with a final presentation in front of several team members.
Generally, the process was long, about 6 weeks in total. The final report took a lot of time and, even though the reception was positive, I was not given any real feedback after getting a generic rejection email. This is, however, the norm.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Politico en mai 2025

Pretty standard in my experience. I was contacted by an HR rep about three weeks after the job was posted, had a screening interview with them, then an interview with the hiring manager just a couple days after that. I think the next step would have been a panel interview, but I never heard back after that. Other than being ghosted, the interview process seemed fair and reasonable. I was disappointed but understood about not receiving an offer. They found a better candidate, that's fine. Ghosting is just so unprofessional and disrespectful. And completely unnecessary, it takes such a minuscule amount of effort to send an email and let the candidate know of the outcome.

Question 1
Pretty typical interview questions - tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, tell me about your experience with XYZ from the job description.
