I applied for the position online. A few days after I received an initial call were I was asked a few things about myself and my work experience. About ten days after my initial application I was scheduled to do a video call interview with the Human Resources Manager. The interview was held in English and we spoke about my studies, work experience and about the position I applied for. A few days after that I had a second video call interview with the Head of the Support. We spoke more about the position, salary, my work experience and about myself, as well as why I applied for the position, my level of English, ability to work different shifts and my computer skills. Both interviews were very pleasant and lasted about 20 minutes each. Finally, I was called in for an - in person - interview at the offices in Athens.

Entretien
Initial interview with HR Manager, second with Team Leader and executive, sent a previous work reference for contact and after confirmation with the respective person came the offer. The process was quite smooth.

Standard interview process. Starting with a 30 minute video talk with hr rep and after completing this step you moved forward to an interview with the customer support team leader.

Entretien
I was interviewed by the HR, the department manager and the CEO (in this order). Everyone was very professional and polite so I was able to fully present myself. I was given a detailed job description and everyone was eager to answer my questions. excellent people.
