Went to first round with a lovely recruiter but failed the task home assessment (I didn’t know enough it was my fault) but I had a positive experience overall and they work remote which is awesome

The interview process consisted of four steps: interview with the hiring manager, take-home assignment, interview with developer, panel interview with other dialogue designers on the team. The interviews were supposed to assess my technical skills (basic Python), as well as my design process (script writing, flowchart design, etc.)

Entretien
First video call with team leader, followed by two technical interviews (one is a coding interview and one is a dialogue design interview) and a final interview if you pass both technical interviews.
