The recruiter reached out to me via email and LinkedIn. Super responsive and really worked with me to schedule time for a screening. I was ghosted for our first meeting. I messaged about 10 minutes after our call was supposed to start, never heard back. Reached out again a couple days and the recruiter acted like nothing happened. We did end up having a very pleasant call. I didn’t get it, no big deal. But I did have to reach out to the recruiter for an update. So overall communication was off.
