The interview process went really smoothly and went really fast. The turnover from first interview to offer happened within 2-3 weeks despite the long holidays associated in between. The manager, sales director and HR involved are definitely competent in what they do. The company staff is young and looks primed for excellent growth. I didn’t take up the offer as I managed to secure an internal mobility offer operating at a global scope but I am sure anyone else who takes up the role would thoroughly appreciate solving the challenges associated with the role.
