The process was pretty straight forward. Scenarios, experiences, stuff like that. I had the previous experience working at AT&T before as well as Verizon Wireless and Sprint so to me it was pretty straight forward.

Entretien
I was given a call to go meet at one of their locations and the Assistant Manager interviewed me. It was pretty simple and relaxed, however there were numbers put in my head that I think only the most experienced could accomplish and only at the busy stores. Needlessly to say I never attained anything close to what I thought.
