There is a phone call screening, a call to previous manager and a group interview. The questions were fairly easy and should be straight forward if your focus is safety, and customer service

I received an email from recruitment that I can join the virtual group interview. They sent me the link, but no one was there during the time of my interview. I emailed them saying no one is here. They respond, you're late and we cannot accommodate you at this time, please apply again.
