Very straightforward, sent me questions ahead of time. They did not go into much detail when asked questions about position, however, which made hard to get to know the position/organization.

There was two rounds interviews, one general interview where they sent you the questions an hour beforehand to prepare, then a site specific interview where you answer questions that are pretty similar. For both rounds, 2 people were asking me questions.
