Received a phone call from Recruiter and when I mentioned I'm on a High Potential Visa he asked "Do you really think a Receptionist role is High Potential?" Then proceeded to tell me how low the pay is (under 23k pounds). Undervaluing your team is so unprofessional. Do better

Initial phone cal from recruitment team. This was a general get to know you chat and i was put forward to the manager based off this. The interview was a casual conversation styled interview with the practice manager. Some pre prepared questions around the role and it's challenges and why I'd be a good fit
