Very very bad experience. First of all they will take 20days to shortlist the CV then have someone from US wake up early in his morning and take the interview that person will not even have your CV open infront of him god knows who was the one who took 20days to shortlist the CV since this interview doesn't even have the answer to my question what did they see in my CV? This is the problem with these startups the undeserving immature ones will just somehow reach US get some degree from some university and with less experience suddenly will reach the high positions in these startups wo doesnt even have a basic courtesy to conduct interviews that too for such senior positions . 20days to shortlist and 15mins of chit chat for rejection with not a single question really brilliant panel, disgusted with the whole process.
