It took about a month and a half because I was invited for a phone interview right before the holidays. After I had chosen a date, they didn’t get back to me until weeks later to reschedule. After a successful phone interview, I was then invited to come in person to their new, renovating location- Newark. I spoke to a total of 3 members in total, all separately. Each lasted about 20 minutes each. I thought I did okay, but it seems like they really want you to be in that department forever. I say this because they asked me what my plans are 5, 10 years down the road. I mentioned that I’d like to get in the marketing field of graphic design. However, every time I brought that up, each interviewer pretty much said in others words that they need their employees to be in their specific departments forever. I already felt that they didn’t like the fact that I wanted to grow as an employee. The interviewers also made it seem like you must have TONS of warehouse experience to fit into this position. I have lots of customer service experience and throughout the interview, i already had a feeling midway that they’re really looking for men who wouldn’t mind being in the warehouse, doing physical work all day. I also was asked to do a quick 15 minute written test of how I would respond to some of customers’ questions. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. They are just simply looking for people that don’t mind being stuck in the same position for years and with lots of warehouse experience, I guess.
Submitted on their career page and was emailed a couple days later for a phone screen. The phone screen was average and the interviewer was friendly. She spoke a bit fast like she was in a rush, but other than that nothing too difficult. Didn't hear from them after and was ghosted.

I received an on site fairly quickly. The on site consisted of 4 team members. The overall interview was fairly easy. However, I had followed up several times after the interview in regards to next steps. I was then asked if I was still interested in the position as they were looking to hire later that month. That basically sounded like a verbal offer. I was only then rejected over 2 months later. There's no reason to make any candidate wait this long.
However, one of the recruiters reached out to me personally and met up with to talk about the process which was really nice of him. He wanted to ensure that this doesn't happen again and to ensure transparency.
