Two indivuduals from managent asking three quesions each over a 45 minute period, all relating to times you have helped or supported someone in your personal life or work. They help point you in the right direction with your answers. Took two weeks to hear back about getting the job

Pretty standard questions for a care role asked, got pissed around for more than 3 months apparently "unable to see my supporting work documents" therefore couldn't work before giving birth and had to start at only 3 months postpartum, could e worked up until my due week to save some money up, already knowing I wouldn't get maternity leave so yea, not very transparent
