I had an initial call with a recruiter that went well enough to be scheduled for an interview with the Product Support Manager. That interview seemed to go well, and I was informed I'd be having a couple of additional conversations to be scheduled the following week, and then I did not hear another word from the group. I wrote to the initial recruiter I spoke with after a couple of weeks passed, to express my continued interest, and I wrote to the recruiting manager, and never heard back from anyone. I've never been ghosted by a company after going through the interview process. It's a very inconsiderate thing to do to people.
