I was approached by an external recruiter on 4th Dec' 23 and then my 1st design and strategy round was scheduled on 7th Dec'23. I was immediately made aware by the panel that it is positive loop. Having said that, no one from the hiring manager reached out to me to schedule further rounds. I was again reached directly by Postman recruitment team on 27th Dec'23 for my second System design round, and then my 3rd round on Leadership and People management happened on 9th Jan'24. In all the rounds, I was informed by the panel that it is positive loop and the same was confirmed by the Postman' recruitment team also. I was also informed that even though all the interviews are formally completed, but they would like me to meet Head of Reliability who had joined couple of weeks back. My 4th round with him happened on 16th Jan'23. I was informed by the external recruitment that everything is positive and they explained other process and any open questions I had. Since then, both the external recruitment and Postman recruitment has been ghosting me, and upon pressing them persistently they informed that even though I had cleared the rounds, Postman interview process is that they still conduct interviews for other candidates. This is absolutely inhuman and bad candidate experience that your leadership cannot decide even after Inclining towards all the interviews happened. I believe this is the reason their Glassdoor rating is such poor.
