There were 3 interviews in total. One was over the phone and two were done in person. The HR administrator and hiring managers were very easy going. I was asked to describe my previous work experience in detail and discuss some of my competencies which could translate to the job I was interviewing for. I had no experience in media, advertising or publishing but my knowledge of their product offerings and consumer electronics was what won them over. The interviews seemed very informal and I felt overdressed (suit) as the managers were wearing jeans and dress shirts.
