After the initial review regarding of substantial information about the job description as well as benefits and salary, the final interview involved knowing about my skill and experience. As it turns out I was hired as Sr. QA/QC instead of my initial plan to apply as Jr. QA/QC. They did value my previous experience especially about the civil works involved in Solar Farm.
