Interview was conducted by a day HR. It was only a telephonic round interview for me. In the call dhe asked abt my self and why I want to work with practo. I replied her that the reason why I am joining practo is that it's a health care company and I want to secure my career in the health care sector

Neat interview process which makes sure competent person is selected, I have gone through telephonic interview for about three rounds in which hiring managers took 2 rounds and he took one and the overall process was good and you should need good communication skills to crack the interview.
