The interview process is quite poor at assessing actual aptitude and skills needed for the job. It's more like a combination of easy CTFs / puzzles across various security disciplines. The company is also very "culture" oriented, almost a bit too extreme. I'd stay away if you're not ready to kiss the ring, so to speak. (Or at least be very good at faking it)
