I received an email to join as a Trainee Instructional Writer through a job portal. The recruiter did a mini telephonic interview to know more about me. The first round was written test to to check my language, visualisation, comprehension, precis writing, logic and other skills. I took the written test from home though I had the option of writing it at the office. After I cleared that test, I had an interview with the recruiter, another one an instructional designer (ID), one more interview with another ID and finally an interview with the senior project manager. All I was asked questions related to my skills, achievements and choice of career, and a few personal questions. Overall the experience was nice. All the interviewers were friendly and positive and got me talking. The guard at service and the recruiter ensured I was comfortable before and during the interview. The whole process lasted 3 weeks.

1. Test to determine writing skills. 2. Technical Round to test Math knowledge (I was working for the math team). 3. HR Interview (asked about myself, why praxis) 4. Project Manager Interview (Just explained regarding the work)
