Total 4 rounds. 1st - Phone screening round lasted for 15min - Asked me how can I improve code quality and make it robust. What would be my approach if I face this situation. 2nd - Technical round lasted for an hour. Touched every topic I mentioned in my resume along with scalability approach. Many RDBMS related questions were asked. 3rd - Technical round with two architect. Mainly focused on the project(current organisation) and asked to me explain end to end. They asked questions on my explanations. 4th - Techno Managerial where hiring manager was asking questions on debugging, agile, day today task, situation based question, apart from dev work I worked on devops pipeline, there were few questions asked on that. *What I liked is their process. I never felt I was getting interviewed, it was a discussion kind of thing with a full face smile. They also told the product detail for which the hiring was going on. They explained me the product for 10 min! Really impressed with this kind of process.

Cleared 4 rounds of interview including coding round. Also salary negotiation was done with HR . HR asked they will be sharing offer letter soon. But after two days they called and told they position for which interview was done was put on hold. Completely wasting time of candidates and playing with their emotions.
