Two rounds of interviews. One screening one with two team leads. The leads were on zoom. It was formal but it was not extreme. There were long gaps between communications but I was notified when not advanced.

I had a phone screening and a zoom interview with two team leads. The interviews were friendly. Did not advance and was not notified. I hope they can do better notifying people
Went through 3 rounds + writing test, called my references, then waited 3 weeks before telling me they weren't hiring anymore (I had to reach out to ask about the status of my application).
