The interview was broken into two sections: a technical prescreen followed by a more in depth but casual conversation by one of the senior software engineers. The interviewers were both very casual but thorough in assessing overall skills and personality.

In four separate meetings, I talked to the hiring manager, the entire team, a VP, and the president. Was asked several problem-solving questions and a couple software design questions. You should know your programming fundamentals and be prepared to talk about architecture/ object design. A lot of it was talking about the company.
