Entire process was quite lengthy with multiple rounds, some of whom were repetitive. This seems to be by design, so that candidates invest time into their process and then at the end of an exhausting cycle accept whatever is offered. As multiple reviews have already highlighted, this is not a very professional company. Everything from lack of ownership on decision making, role changes from what they advertise online, below market comp, conflicting answers from their team during evaluation rounds (for the same queries), small business pipeline and limited growth prospects, can be seen here. Plenty of Red flags if you ask the right questions so do confirm the role, comp, location, success criteria upfront (1st round) to avoid heart burn later on.
