I was contacted by Premier Health HR to set up an in person interview with the unit manager. I received a detailed email about location, what to wear, and information about Premier Health. I had the interview with the manager and unit educator ; they each asked about 5 questions then went through how their unit was run as far as scheduling, oncall, etc. I then had the option to shadow a nurse in a procedure room for a case.
