I applied online, with their career portal. A recruiter reached out and set up an HR interview. HR talked to me about what shift/location/unit I was interested in. Then I moved on to interview with the Nurse Mngr of the unit. He asked me scenario questions. Lastly, I did a 5 hour job shadow in the unit.

It is your typical interview. For a PCT position there will be 2 nurses at your interview. It was the typical questions and they try to get to know you a little bit.
