Interview with director of clinical operations and then an interview with the site occupational health nurse manager for the specific site you will be working at it may be a panel interview depending on the size of the facility and the number of staff

The interview process includes a phone screening, a zoom video call with multiple people (mine was like 4-5), then I interviewed in person. I was called back the same day with an offer. I did not actually start in the role until like a month later due to all the onboarding paperwork.
