I applied online and was contacted for a brief 15-minute phone screening. This was followed by a 45-minute Zoom interview and a case study assignment. After a month of following up with HR, I had an on-site interview that lasted over an hour and a half. The next day, HR informed me that the hiring manager was pleased with my performance, but then communication ceased. Despite continued follow-ups for over a month, I eventually received an email stating that they had moved forward with another candidate. To my surprise, the same position was reposted shortly afterward. Overall, the process felt like a significant investment of time, effort, and hope, without a clear or fair outcome. At the end it was total wastage of time.

For this role, I had a very straight forward interview process. All people in the interview process were very quick with feedback throughout the process. It was a good experience. Not very gruelling.
