You apply for a Senior Client Relationship Management role online. You are then invited to come in for an in-person preliminary interview which will be about 30 minutes long. They tell you that they will go over the position, compensation, and your past experience. They ask you to come prepared with questions.
You show up for the prelimary interview. The people conducting the interviews meet with candidates for less than 4 minutes and sit in between candidates for 5 minutes checking their phones. As far as the position, you're actually interviewing for entry level with potential to advance to a senior role after 6-8 months. They ask you two questions and don't discuss your experience at all. At the end, they refuse to give you any idea about compensation or allow for any questions much less when it comes to compensation but they do say that if you make it to the next round, they will have you come in person to further discuss those two things. All in all, a huge waste of time. I would suggest other reputable marketing companies to interview with who are completely transparent throughout the entire process.
