Very confused and unprofessional. They changed the role they were interviewing me for and the selection process midway. I finally got an offer but when I tried to negotiate (by very little) they just interrupted the conversation abruptly. I then tried to resume the conversation by accepting the initial offer, with the only request to have a conversation with the team lead to clear up some of the confusion of the selection process, which was finally denied with very vague language. All the conversations with HR were held over phone or texting via WhatsApp, which I found quite unprofessional.

It was very fast. A third party reached me out and I had a small online chat with them. Second step was an HackRank test. It was composed of 3 different coding questions with an increasing difficulty level. Last one was quite complex.
