I had a brief phone interview where they gave a brief overview of the position; basically ensuring I was still interested in the role. They asked me about my resume and if I was interested about getting my Master's in Health Admin. I received an invitation for an in-person interview with the VP, Manager, and Coordinator a couple days later. For the in-person interview, I waited for about 10min in the lobby and another 10min in the conference room. The Manager and Coordinator were very friendly and smiled the entire time. They mostly asked about my resume and experience.

It was very humble and supportive. They asked routine questions and were receptive of the experience you have. They were also supportive in a way that it would help build your role for future.
