Got asked to go along to an interview in a weeks time. Then got an email a few hours later asking me to go the next day instead, so I did. Luckily I didn’t have far to travel as I was only there 5 minutes. The girl who interviewed me was the office manager and she asked me to talk her through my CV and then invited me back for a second interview the following week. I went along to the second interview with two women who were not present during the first interview. They asked me the same questions as during my first interview and then told me they would be in touch by the end of the week.
End of the week came and went and I never heard anything so on the following Tuesday I emailed asking for an update. They then replied and said I was unsuccessful.
I always think if someone has made the effort to go to not just one, but two interviews for you the least you can do is let them know if they were unsuccessful.
