Very easy process. You go for a first interview which is essentially personality questions. If you make a good impression they would invite you for a second interview the following day. In the second interview you will go with a former employee and he/she will explain more about the company, then he/she will show you ho to make a sales pitch. Finally, the first manager that interview you will ask you about your day and will ask you further questions personality and behavioral. At the of the day they will let you know whether they will make an offer or not.
P.S No base salary, everything is based on your performance 100% SALES!

First interview was easy, very simple. Second interview was a trip with a current Account Manager literally just walking up to businesses and asking if they are satisfied with their service. This is a commission-based door to door sales job.

I got an e-mail stating they were interested, asked me to give them a call and set up an interview. Since I live out of town we spoke briefly about my resume and scheduled a phone interview. Upon the phone interview, they asked me to come to the office for my second interview. The second interview is odd. You actually get in the car with a stranger, go for coffee, and then they take you to a few companies and show you their sales pitch. Everyone seemed nice, but something is off.
