Broken up into multiple phases and interviews, each one focusing on a different aspect of the role. It's a good process to allow both parties to assess each other, and the communication is quick. Unfortunately, there are too many long interviews, and the number of them and overall roadmap isn't explained fully from the start.

Question 1
Design a system, with the help of diagrams, to handle the delivery of messages to customers, and allows customers view the response logs of these messages on a website.
I applied online, Human Resource department sent the response, and schedule the online call. The interview lasts for a hour, mostly the common questions, it was nice and easy. Did not have too much feedback though.

Multi stage process. tech challenge with culture interview following that with different team members then a decision based on that. Overall a good process that offered a lot of insight from different members of the team from different areas.
