Started out by sending resume to HR via college recommendation. One of the HR people contacted me via email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, was emailed about an in person interview with 3 people.

Entretien
I talked to several people during my interview at Primera Engineers. Interview seemed to be pretty informal. They go to a great length to explain what they do. They asked normal questions relevant to your experience. They may ask for explanation of something that is listed on your resume, so make sure you know exact wording or you have a copy of your resume in front of you.
